Ellen, certified lactation care provider serving families in the Finger Lakes region

Ellen is an internationally board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) based in the Finger Lakes, offering compassionate, evidence-based support for all kinds of families from pregnancy through weaning. She’s endlessly fascinated by the science of lactation and finds special joy in helping expectant parents feel confident, informed, and prepared for a strong start to their feeding journey. Ellen lives in Clifton Springs with her partner and their 4-year-old daughter, where she spends her free time hiking, playing violin, and taste-testing her way through upstate New York’s many charming ice cream stands.

Dr. Chelsea is a neurologically focused perinatal, pediatric, and family chiropractor with over 13 years of experience. She is certified through PX Docs, Webster Certified, and Polyvagal informed. Dr. Richman specializes in recognizing early signs of neurological stress in infants—such as nursing difficulties, reflux, and low tone—that often signal deeper developmental concerns if left unaddressed. Her passion is empowering parents with knowledge and support to help their child thrive by addressing the nervous system from the very beginning.
